Google Pixel 9
The Pixel 9 has a nice 6.3-inch Actua OLED display with 1080 x 2424 pixels in resolution and 422 PPI in pixel density to render vivid visuals at a 20:9 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 60–120Hz. Moreover, it has HDR support for peak brightness as high as 2700 nits and is further strengthened by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which makes the display quite clear and strong. Coming in at dimensions of 152.8 mm x 72 mm x 8.5 mm, the weight of the Pixel 9 is 198 g, which houses a robust 4700 mAh battery. It has 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage, powered by the Google Tensor G4 for high performance.
The camera system on the Pixel 9 is improved with an advanced dual rear setup: a 50 MP wide camera, ƒ/1.68, and 82° field of view, and a 48 MP ultra-wide camera, ƒ/1.7, with a 123° field of view. It offers up to 8x of Super Res Zoom, backed by more sensors than just a single-zone LDAF sensor, including spectral and flicker sensors, alongside optical and electronic image stabilization. On the front for selfies, the 10.5 MP front camera with autofocus and 95° ultrawide field-of-view captures images in good quality.
The Pixel 9 also has a polished back made from Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® 2, accompanied by a satin-finish metal frame and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Running with Android 14, it supports USB Type-C 3.2, dual SIM functionality with a single nano SIM and eSIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.3 with dual antennas, NFC, and 5G connectivity—making it a very rounded smartphone for modern connectivity and performance requirements.
